By using Fairway, you agree to these terms.

1. The app

Fairway is a private fantasy golf app for league play, currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed during the beta period.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use Fairway. If you're between 13 and 18, a parent or guardian should approve your use.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the credentials you use to sign in. Don't share your password. Tell us if you think your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code
• Scrape or programmatically harvest data from other users
• Impersonate another user or league
• Submit content that's harassing, illegal, or violates anyone else's rights
• Attempt to disrupt the service or other users' access

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of messages, reactions, and other content you post. You grant Fairway a non-exclusive license to display that content within your league.

6. Third-party data

Fairway displays public tournament data sourced from the PGA Tour and ESPN. We make no guarantees about its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. Use it for entertainment, not for betting or financial decisions.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyle Seramur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
